The Hazza Bin Zayed Under 17 International Football Tournament will be held between 26th-31st March at the Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium (KBZ Stadium) and Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium (HBZ Stadium), in Al Ain. The tournament’s patronage is under H.H Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, Vice-President of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and First Deputy Chairman of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club.
Establishing itself as one of the most important platforms to discover future football stars, through the exchanging knowledge between leading football academies around the world. Youth is the key focus for global clubs and coaches worldwide, and as such, the tournament will aim to focus on discovering, growing and nurturing new talents from the pool.
In addition to Al Ain FC the Hazza Bin Zayed Under 17 International Football Tournament will feature 7 regional and international teams, and these are Al Ahly FC from Egypt, Aljazira from UAE, Espanyol F.C from Spain, Dinamo Zagreb F.C from Croatia, West Ham United F.C from the UK, Kashiwa Reysol FC from Japan and Italy’s Inter Milan FC.
The tournament will host a series of workshops by World Football Academy where by experts will discuss the latest scientific methods and practices in training and sport science, making the tournament a leading platform to share knowledge and best practice in enhancing young and raw talent. Furthermore it aims to highlight the UAE as the center of attraction for football scouts and experts in the world's major clubs seeking to discover young football talents.
The Hazza Bin Zayed U-17 International Football Tournament will help to strengthen its position as one of the most important football events that directly contributes to the development of youth football across the world.
The participating teams are Al Ahly FC from Egypt, Aljazira from UAE, Espanyol F.C from Spain, Dinamo Zagreb F.C from Croatia, West Ham United F.C from the UK, Kashiwa Reysol FC from Japan and Italy’s Inter Milan FC all next to the tournament’s host and organizer of Al Ain FC.
The tournament will be held between Thursday March 26th 2015 and Tuesday March 31st 2015, in Al Ain.
The Gala dinner will be held at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium and will host VIP dignitaries, the clubs, sponsors and media partners on Saturday, March 28th , 2015.
The World Football Academy coaching clinic led by the famous trainer Raymond Verheijen will aim to provide coaches, access to seminar courses and workshops to help develop their football knowledge. The WFA is considered one of the major knowledge providers to several FA’s and clubs around the world, servicing over 2,000 football specialists in more than 20 countries per year.

Registeration for Amateur TournamentThe tournament will be held in Al Ain City, United Arab Emirates. Al Ain is the second largest City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi with a population estimated at 500 thousand people. The city is located 150 kilometers east of Abu Dhabi, and connected via highways to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, all three cities together form a geographical triangle in the center of the country, with an approximate 150 km distance separating each one from the other.
This multi-purpose stadium is located in Al Ain, UAE. Among the prominent events held at the Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium was the Group E match series in the 2003 Youth World Cup.
During a recent expansion, the stadium was upgraded to be able to host 16 thousand spectators, with 13 training pitches and other value-added facilities such as VIP seats, sound-proofed commentators’ cabins, studios, and locker rooms, in addition to a media center, press conference room and doping control room.
